Every customer is entitled to one free admin account so they can experience the potential of our recruiter enablement workspace. Once they’re convinced you need Poetry, your admin will begin to invite additional admins and / or users
How do we add new users to our workspace?
Your workspace admins are able to do this easily from their workspace profile
How much time does it take to set up our workspace?
There are many solutions within the Poetry workspace and how long it takes depends on how many solutions you will deploy. As a rough estimate, it will take one administrator one working day to configure the entire workspace for your team’s needs
How do you provide account management & service delivery?
Poetry offers an entirely self-serve sales, onboarding and customer service model
How do we report issues?
From any solution within the Poetry workspace, you will be able to report issues
When will you respond to reported issues?
We will confirm receipt of issue reporting within 24 hours and aim to provide resolution to every issue within 72 hours
How do you convey workspace changes?
We regularly enhance the Poetry workspace and all users will be notified with an automatic message the first time they log in after the enhancements have been implemented
